The One Thing

Pine Tree is not losing AI search everywhere. It wins Vaughan provider searches, loses GTA comparison searches, and the reputation language AI repeats is now the constraint.

HAWK AI Visibility tests buyer-intent queries against five AI answer surfaces (Google AI Overview, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) and records every URL cited. Citations are parsed to extract domains, deduplicated per engine, and matched against the tracked set (target brand + competitors). Pack mode uses the Toronto/GTA Auto Retail prompt library; this run measured local dealer comparison and reputation/brand-name stages only. Sentiment scoring classified each valid AI response where the brand was mentioned (POSITIVE / NEUTRAL / NEGATIVE / MIXED with confidence) and pattern-matched against the auto retail risk-language dictionary.
